The M1001 Freedom HD mask is Freedom Technology's latest model. It's a single-lens mask with an incredibly wide field of vision. This mask features a 180° rotating buckle system, allowing it to fit a variety of face sizes while maintaining a low profile.

The Freedom Buckle [Tusa Patent ] The five (5) angle strap adjuster rotates 180 degrees and allows for micro-adjustments, adapting to different head sizes while reducing pressure on the face, maintaining an optimal fit and avoiding unnecessary damage to the buckle.

Everyone has a unique facial structure, and every diver experiences some level of discomfort, or pressure, when wearing a mask underwater. TUSA engineers wanted to address these issues, and after years of research analyzing facial bone structure and mouth movement, the result was Freedom Technology, a series of revolutionary new mask features that offer superior fit, comfort, and performance.

1. Dimpled face: The key areas around the forehead and cheekbones have been designed with dimples that increase the softness, flexibility, and contact surface of the silicone with the skin. This significantly reduces leakage and increases comfort.

2. Stability ridges: As water pressure increases, the mask compresses inward, toward the face, often causing further leaks. The areas below the cheekbones have been reinforced with stability ridges to minimize this compression while maintaining ideal contact with the skin's surface.

3. Variable thickness of silicone: During use, a regulator or snorkel mouthpiece may deform some areas of the nasal pocket and mouth section, causing leakage and discomfort.

Freedom Dry improves comfort and fit thanks to the revolutionary low-friction surface of the skirt. The skirt's fit line (shown in red) features a low-friction surface that provides a superior seal and increases the contact surface with the face, significantly reducing excess skin tension. The result is a mask that feels soft and supple, with a significantly improved seal.
